Happy New Year 2020

Wishing you joy, blessings, healthy challenges, growth and accomplishment in 2020!

What were you most grateful for in 2019? What will you create more of in 2020? Send me an email- I would love to know.  (I read every email, message, and text you send!)
My biggest lesson in 2019 was understanding that to give to others, I must first give to myself. Many of us were taught that it is better to give than to receive. And we may have interpreted this to mean we should keep giving even at the expense of our physical, mental, and emotional health.

Does this resonate with you?
We can only give love in relationships if we have it available within us. That means we need to take care of ourselves first. We need to support and nurture our body, mind, and spirit so that love can flow fully in all aspects of life.

Make your self-care a priority.

So how can this actually look for you? Self-care means something different for everyone. Once you decide what self-care means to you, then come up with a plan to create more of what you need in your life. Maybe it’s more sleep, eating more vegetables, more movement, time with friends, travel, learning.

in 2020 I will continue to focus on self-care, health (physical, emotional, spiritual), opportunities to be with family, adventure, personal and business growth.

The crucial next step is to keep track of your goals on a daily basis. This is where most people falter and why so many don’t make the changes they so desperately seek.

And it doesn’t have to be complicated or time consuming. Type out your daily goals, print the list and place a check mark next to the goal once it’s been completed. You can review at the end of the day, or during any time you set aside for your day. It’s as easy as that – nothing sophisticated or complicated.

My health and wellness goals are constantly changing and evolving, but what doesn’t change is that I track them daily. If something really is important to you, then this is the action step to put in place in order for those goals to become a reality and remain a priority.

Here were some of my 2019 health and wellness goals.

In your calendar, write down: body, mind and spirit. Decide how you will nourish each area every single day. How will you move your body? How will you feed your mind? How will you nurture your spirit? What you eat, the amount you move and the quality of your relationships have a HUGE impact on how you feel as well as how long and how well you will live.
Your willingness to take loving care of yourself is deeply connected to your ability to receive love, give love and move forward in your health!MAY 2020 AND THIS NEW DECADE BE ALL YOU PLAN FOR!If you need help meeting your goals and just not sure how to do it, contact me. That’s what I’m here for!
